The Essence of Your Appearance
Thursday, 20 December 2007

In Society today we tend to put so much emphasis on physical appearance. There are all kinds of procedures and cosmetics to help us look the best we can.

A little bit of Botox here and some Collagen there, Face lifts and tummy tucks, oh, and don't forget about the rows and rows of skin care products there are to choose from.

Now don't get me wrong - I am not against any of the above-mentioned. We do what we can to stay young and attractive. But the thing is that with all these creams and procedures you won't necessarily be a happier more radiant person.

If you are an unhappy and pessimistic person, no amount of surgeries or creams in the world is going to change the way you see yourself in the mirror or at the same time what others see when they look at you.

The thing is, what we most often do not realize, is that your physical appearance can be greatly influenced by your attitude, personality, your poise, your inner self and most importantly - self-acceptance....
All of us have preconceived conceptions of who and what we are and what shortcomings we have. Not only are the magazines that we see filled with pictures of models and movie stars, but we also watch them on life size screens and we long to look like them and be like them.

We tend to forget that by the time we see them up on the screen or in a magazine, they have endured hours of make-up and hair-do's, and don't forget the special effects, airbrushing and photo editing that has been applied to the pictures to make them look flawless.

My point is - it is totally unrealistic to think that this is the norm and that everyone can look that perfect. The movie stars and models don't even look that perfect themselves in the real world and it is very important to remember that!

Don't set such unrealistic goals for yourself, you are setting yourself up for eternal unhappiness and probably unlimited surgeries and who knows what else.

You have that something special - I show you how you can bring out the special and gorgeous you by concentrating on and improving those things that you do have control over.

By improving your self-image - your poise, your posture and your presence - you are revealing the beauty that is within you; the radiant person that you authentically and truly are.

When you learn how to draw people's attention to all the wonderful things about you, then they look past your "so-called flaws" - or at least the ones you 'think' you have.

In the Pizzazz Factor I give you some very solid principals and easy to follow exercises that will show you how to reveal your inner-self and your magnetizing presence and poise.

You have the Power!

Kind regards

Vanessa Bader

P.S. The essence of looking good is not only about having a gorgeous figure and perfect features. As you know movie stars come in all shapes and sizes, but the Pizzazz Factor comes from the way they move, the way they carry themselves. They radiate a magnetizing presence and poise and so can you.

A little bit on my whereabouts here in South Africa for those of you who are interested...

We spent the last week visiting with my family and also made a few trips up to Johannesburg to see my friends.

They had a huge and wonderful Christmas party - it was so amazing to see everybody... I got so nostalgic - we had the best time... but I'll share more about that in another email.

Yesterday we took a seven hour drive down to the South Coast of South Africa. We are in a little town called Uvongo where my parents have a holiday condo and where I use to spend many a Christmas holiday as a child. So I am having a great time showing Garin another little part of my history.

At the same time we are relaxing with fresh ocean air and loving family.

I wish the same for you.
