The Four Week Hot Burning Body Challenge |

Hi everyone...
I recently did a one month Hot Burning Body Workshop with a group of six people on board the cruise ship where I was performing. Being an Aesthetician and Cosmetologist myself as well as a personal trainer and Pilates instructor I spend a lot of time in the gym and spa - I often make friends with the spa and gym people very quickly. I decided to do a workshop with some of the members of the spa-team because they all expressed to me that they would like to get into healthier habits. They wanted to get their bodies into shape and learn how to exercise in a way that gives the best results.
We started the program at the beginning of November and worked out together four to five times a week for four weeks. I didn't know how many of them would see it through because they all work such long days and most of them didn't like the idea of working out at all.
To my surprize, they all stuck with it and everybody started noticing positive changes... they had more energy during the day, increased strength and flexibility, endurance and they all lost weight
in just one short month. Turns out they enjoyed the program so much that they all decided to invest in a copy of the Hot Burning Body Workout and they are all going to continue on with the program.
On the last night of the official "four week proram" - we went out to celebrate...

My name is Almira San Buenoventura from the beautiful Island of the Phillipines. I am a massage therapist qualified in 17 different kinds of massage techniques....
For me Exercise is a big deal... if you think about it... it makes you tired and causes body aches due to sore muscles and since I am a massage therapist, two or three deep tissue massages ads up to a really good workout, and I do up to eight of those some days – so why would I bother with further exercise? That is how I thought... that was my thought process before I started doing the Hot Burning Body System with Vanessa.
I have been suffering from chronic lower back pain for a long time now and it bothered me tremendously and have been having trouble sleeping due to stress and tension in my own body. I was also struggling with my eating because when I can’t sleep I end up sitting up and eating junk food. So I convinced myself to join the Hot Burning Body workout and to see if I benefit from it at all.
I want to extend my warmest thanks to Vanessa for spending time to create this workout because no kidding... after only a couple of weeks of doing this program all my body aches and pains have disappeared, my mental alertness and energy level have skyrocketed and my sleeping patterns have returned to normal... and most of all I feel VERY Sexy because I lost weight in only a couple of weeks.

In this past month while doing a Hot Burning Body Workshop with Vanessa I learned that with hard work and self love, you can change your life!
I am a beautician and I use to work in a huge salon and had a great social life. I used to drink heavily and never eat. What I didn’t know was that inside me I was actually killing myself and there was a little bomb waiting to explode.
I started working on ships (as a beautician) and life was good until my clothes started getting tighter by the day. That is when I met Vanessa and heard that she was offering a one month workout program with a group of people. I accepted the challenge and was on my way.
One night Vanessa told us to go look in the mirror and find two things about myself that I love and write them down – no matter how small... As I saw myself in the mirror my heart sank, I couldn’t do it – I could not even look at myself in the mirror and say I loved two things about myself. I sat the whole night crying and realized I hide behind myself. Nobody sees what I see and this became a big problem for me. I didn’t have to say how I felt to Vanessa, she knew something was wrong, she took me to one side after a late night class and explained to me that if I go to a beach and wear a swimsuit, nobody will even notice but if I make a big deal then everyone will notice. Why should I care so much what people think about me – its me that makes me and I am beautiful.
Vanessa helped and motivated me so much with her advice and her workouts.
My main obstacle was overcoming having love for myself. I had bad habits of comparing myself to other young women and drowning myself in despair because my body wasn’t the shape of theirs.
During just one month with Vanessa I learned that nobody cares what you look like on the outside, it’s inside that counts and its loving and accepting yourself for who and what you are.
I learned to feed my body and my daily workout went from being a chore to being like food – I had to have it!
Now the one-month workshop with Vanessa is over and I want to thank Vanessa for all the support she gave me. I’ve learnt so much from her and it really has changed my life. I went from having no love or self confidence for myself to now, walking with a Perfect Posture, no care in the world of what others think about me because I’ve now got a body that’s on the way to being fit and healthy again and I am gonna show it off and strut my stuff.
Vanessa is a Fantastic trainer. She is alwayse there when you have questions and she will not tolerate anyone disbelieving in themselves.

I began the Hot Burning Body workout with the goals in mind of improving my posture and flexibility and rediscovering my passion for life.
The workout was challenging at first, but within a few weeks I began to feel my confidence and self-esteem rise.
My energy levels surged and I began to sleep better than I had in a long time
I reached my physical goals and rediscovered my passion and highest purpose in life is helping others to get in the best shape of their lives, and I can’t think of a more gratifying reward. Thanks Vanessa for your great program that is so much more than just a workout!

I started the Hot Burning Body workout not because I wanted to but because others seemed to think it was a good idea. I thought I ought to try it because I was becoming increasingly unhappy with my level of fitness and because I have low self-esteem when it came to body image.
The first few lessons were very hard and very emotional for me. I looked so awful in the mirror trying to do the exercises and I really couldn’t do half of it!
My knees were very weak and painful, my wrists and hands were even more so. I felt embarrassed, ashamed of myself and extremely disheartened.
However... I stuck with it! This was my goal – to complete the Hot Burning Body Program.
Vanessa was extremely supportive and showed me ways to modify the exercises so it didn’t put too much strain on my wrists and my knees. She also gave lots of verbal encouragement to all of us throughout.
As a result I felt much better about myself and my abilities and started to enjoy the Hot Burning Body Workout in a way I had believed to be impossible. Now I feel so proud of my achievements and sufficiently fired up to want to carry on! This in itself is an amazing achievement! So, Well Done and Thank You Vanessa for introducing me to the Hot Burning Body System. I plan to continue with it and I’ll keep you posted so you know how I get on!

My name is Mrs. Marcia Pugh-Bell. I am an International Salon and Spa Manager which gives me very little to no time for work-outs. My day starts at 7:30 am and sometimes goes as late as 9:30 pm.
Vanessa Bader – my Motivator, Inspiration and Creator of Hot Burning Body introduce to us (myself and 5 other members of my team) her workout system. She challenged us to changes we believe we need to achieve individually.
For me it was about losing some inches around my waist and to firm and tone my entire body. At the beginning or this program we were introduced to specific nutritional information and guidance which I tried my best to follow.
Before starting this program I would feel so tired after work and very restless at nights. My amazing findings with Hot Burning Body was with only 30-40 minute work-out three to four times a week I was able to accomplish in only two weeks a one inch weight-loss around my waist, thighs, hips and even chest. Only two weeks into doing this program I have transformed 4.5 lbs of fat into lean muscle – Amazing, isn’t it? If I can do this anyone can!

Vanessa, thanks once more for introducing us to a healthier lifestyle and also allowing us to see that working out can be fun and not a pain. You showed us that Challenges in life is always ours – embrace it; and always remember changes lies within each and everyone of us. You taught us to believe to believe in our dreams and make them reality. We all have the gift to do things for ourselves if only we just do it! I took that step for myself and I feel great!
Having 3 sons, a loving husband and a mother in my life I am super blessed. Positive changes for me are always great and I will ultimately continue “Hot Burning Body”, there is no turning back.
