Breathe to Magnetize PDF Print E-mail
Saturday, 09 August 2008
Breath is the source of life. Without breathing we can't live.  Breath ...oxygen is essential for our survival.

Walking around the top deck of the ship last night after my workout, there was the most unbelievable sunset - it was beautiful ... breathtaking... the air was cool and fresh. I became very aware of the fresh sea air I was breathing and how energized and alive I felt.

There is much more to breathing and oxygen than just keeping you alive.  Deep and controlled breathing can ease your mind, calm your nerves and believe it or not - give you a magnetic presence - a grandeur presence...

Have you ever noticed that when you are feeling anxious or nervous, or even extremely excited your breathing becomes shallow, erratic and short?  Your thoughts start racing and your mouth becomes dry.  Sometimes it is hard to think straight when this happens - you lose your composure.  You lose your Pizzazz!

Take a moment; take a deep breath or two.  That will immediately calm you and allow you to think more rational and regain your composure.  It will put you back in charge of your body and your mind within just a few of seconds.

Even if you are not nervous or anxious and you want to walk into a room and immediately draw every ones attention, you want to make an impression - try this.  Walk into the room, and gauging the size of the room, take a breath the size of the room as if you want to breathe the room and everyone in it in. Fill up your lungs, your whole body from head to toe with the room and all that is in it.

This will give you a feeling of power, a feeling of grandeur and it will project your energy across the room.

Breath is energy, and energy is power! Breath, energy and power give you that unmistakable Pizzazz!

So, Breathe to Calm,
Breathe to Compose,
Breathe to Energize and
Breathe to Magnetize!

Keep your Mind Healthy PDF Print E-mail
Saturday, 02 August 2008
Just like you have to exercise your body so it can look great, you also need to exercise your mind so you can feel great. You are in charge of your body and your mind - you have total control.

Healthy mind, Healthy Self-Image

When you constantly feed your body unhealthy food and you don't exercise at all, your body gets sick. You feel tired all the time and have no energy.

Your mind is the same way. Your mind and self-image gets sick when you keep subjecting it to negative thoughts and destructive self-talk. Day after day your psyche takes a knock if you keep punching it down.

Engage yourself in some positive self-talk and take some time to remember what it is in life that you enjoy.  Think about what gets you excited and what you are most passionate about. Engage in those activities, and remember what it is like to feel great!

Take some time and remember what it is like to smile - Stand in front of the mirror in the morning and smile at yourself - be kind to yourself. Take a minute and take a few deep breaths while you think about all the things in your life that you have to be grateful for. I promise you, by just doing that it will already make a huge difference in the way you feel about yourself and your day.

Try that - give it a good go. Don't just dismiss it on the first day.  Commit to a week of smiling and consciously feeling good about yourself and see what that does for your self-image and ultimately your quality of life!

The Pizzazz Factor shows you many more ways to help you improve your self-confidence and your magnetic presence. In the program you will find some great image building and confidence enhancing techniques.

How to Reach your Fitness and Weight-Loss Goals PDF Print E-mail
Friday, 18 July 2008

I have always believed that the easiest way to be successful in reaching my goals is in finding those people with similar goals and who have already succeeded in reaching those goals and then learning as much as I can about them and their methods of reaching these goals.

That way I have a recipe that already worked for someone else and I will then follow it closely. Nine out of ten times, that will lead to the success of me reaching that similar goal successfully!

I have had some requests from some of you about my own weight loss and fitness goals and my own workout program. I had a goal and I reached it, and by sharing my recipe with you I hope that I can help some of you lose those stubborn pounds and tone your body so you can have that Hot Burning Body you have wanted and deserve!

I recently followed a specific program to get myself ready for a photo shoot for my upcoming Workout DVD's...

To me, as most of you know, weight loss is a big deal, but even more than that I am concerned about being fit and healthy so I can live a long and energetic life. The best way to do that is through healthy nutrition and exercise.

Are you in a Downward Spiral? PDF Print E-mail
Tuesday, 15 July 2008
You are the only person that can take care of yourself.  No one else can do it for you.

If you look at yourself and you find that you are in a downward spiral... if your body is constantly aching, you have neck and back pain from the stress you have to deal with every day.  You feel like you keep gaining weight no matter what you do and that makes you feel miserable and depressed... and the more miserable and depressed you feel, the more your body aches and the more you eat and the more tired you feel...

Does any of this sound familiar?

See, the thing is, it is very difficult to distinguish between the cause and the symptoms...

A lack of exercise and sleep as well as bad eating habit can cause stress and muscular tension... it can cause you pain. And physical pain and depression can cause lack of sleep and bad eating habits.

If you are feeling physical pain all day, that in itself can make you feel miserable and depressed... and of course depression or anxiety can make you feel physical pain...

So the question is - where do you start in order to get yourself out of this state of mind - this downward spiral?  Because with the way you feel now, you don't have energy for anything!

OK, I know, I have been in that place not once, not twice but many times, so I feel your pain.  The fact is, that you have to start somewhere... and I'll tell you exactly where that is...

You need to make the conscious decision that you want to live a better, longer and healthier life than this and then you have to commit to it by doing two things:

1.  You have to change your eating habits

2. You have to start doing regular exercise

Oh, I know it is hard and there are always excuses... the most popular one is:  I do not have time, and the second is: I am too tired.

The point is, if you can get past only a week of adjusting your diet and doing exercise, you will start feeling more energetic and less tired, and you will see that you can find the time to exercise and prepare food that is nutritious.

The Hot Burning Body Workout System was created for you so you can get all the exercise you need in the shortest amount of time.  Time is no longer an excuse, and I have included a Quick start guide with a meal plan and recipes so I have taken all the mystery out of eating healthy.  And the meals I have outlined for you takes no longer than 10 to 15 minutes to prepare.

I know right now this is the last thing you want to hear - but you have to get the sleep, exercise and nutrition your body needs to get yourself out of this downward spiral. Do it for yourself, because no one else can do it for you!

The Hot Burning Body Workout system was designed to help you!

To your health and success

Vanessa Bader

P.S.  In the Quick start guide I show you how you can motivate yourself and stay motivated.  It is important that you start now!

Be so much more... PDF Print E-mail
Sunday, 06 July 2008
Tonight I was watching my all time favorite TV show again... "So you think you can Dance". Being a dancer myself I really have so much respect for the talent on that show... dancers and choreographers alike.

Tonight there were quite a few exceptional performances and some very profound comments. If you watched the show you will know what I mean... and you will probably hear me talk more about that in the near future because to me dance is such a great metaphor for life... and most certainly have a lot of similarities to your Pizzazz...

This had me thinking about the Pizzazz Factor. Those dancers on that stage are being asked to do so much more than dancing. They need to be great technicians of course, but above and beyond that they need to tell a story, convey a message and do it with conviction and passion. They have to do it with strength and trust... Even when they are out of their element - dancing a style that they are not familiar with, they have to do it with ease and make it look like they are completely comfortable in that "role".

This is expected from each and every performer on that stage. They need to so eloquently express themselves with their bodies through movement... without saying a word.

Your Pizzazz Factor is exactly like that. You need to know basics, just like a dancer needs to know how to turn and leap and point their toes, but your Pizzazz Factor is so much more than that.

Knowing how to walk, stand, sit, talk and use your body language is not what is going to give you that magnetic presence and unmistakable radiance... it is so much more than that. You need to convey your own story and do it with passion. You need to believe in yourself... even when you are out of your element and you feel nervous or insecure, that is when your Pizzazz Factor pulls you through.

Once you have gone through my course... once you have practiced all the Pizzazz Factor principals the way I lay them out for you in the three DVD's and the workbook... that is when you will also have that "extra special something" that will make you feel on top of the world.

Your new found confident self-image will radiate out to the world and you will also be a top performer. Whether it is in your role as a dynamic business owner, or as a teacher, a public speaker, a CEO or a wife and mother... or a performer, or even on a first date...

Whatever the situation and wherever you are; armed with your Pizzazz Factor you know you will always make a stunning first impression and they will still remember you long after you left the room!

Kind regards

Vanessa Bader

P.S. So be more than just a technician and embrace your Magnetic Presence with passion, poise and conviction!

Are you being held hostage by your own doubts and thoughts; by your low self-image... constant thoughts of lack of self-worth? Are you being hounded by constant thoughts of food? Do you feel like you have lost control of your body?

By Starting right away with a regular exercise program and by clearing out your pantry and your fridge of all the fatty and sugary foods that you very well know are no good for your health or your figure, you are claiming back your own independence.

Are you having one of "those" days? PDF Print E-mail
Thursday, 26 June 2008
Every day, each and every one of us live through different circumstances, scenario's and emotions. It is almost impossible to always be in a great mood and to feel on top of the world.

We all have days when we feel hopeless or helpless, when life does not exactly deal us the hand we want.

I always try to share with you messages that are optimistic and uplifting, and yes, I am very fortunate that life has been very kind to me, but even I have those days, where everything is not quite the way I want it and things seem to be spinning out of control.

This is part of life, right?

Those are the days where you need to be brave, when you need to lift up your chin, pull back your shoulders, and remind yourself that like everything, this too shall pass. You need to remember that in each situation or moment like this there is always something to be gained... some lesson to learn, some message to help you grow.

Whatever confusion, pain or heartache, or maybe just pure hopelessness you are feeling in that moment or on that day will fade into the background if you can just hang in there. Tomorrow is always a new day with new possibilities, no matter how dreary things seem in the moment you are in.

In moments or on days like those, I always remind myself of a little song that I love. It is childlike and sweet but it carries a very profound message. The song is "Tomorrow" from the musical "Annie"... and of course I remember my Pizzazz Factor.

You don't always have to wait 'till tomorrow for the sun to come out... you can take action right away...

In the Pizzazz Factor I give you the physical and tangible tools that you can use to uplift your spirits and help you get back into that positive and affirmative mindset when you feel that no matter what, you can conquer the world because you have confidence in yourself and your own abilities and in your own judgment.

When life is getting you down, your posture and your body language tells the whole story... you are like an open book to others. Your mindset and your emotions have a huge effect on the way you carry your body - your posture and your facial expressions; your whole demeanor reflects exactly how you feel.

At the same time... the way you carry your body - your posture, body language and expression can affect the way you feel. So when you feel down and defeated, that is when you need to be brave, you need to do as the song says...

"Lift up your chin, and grin and say, the sun will come out tomorrow!"

The Pizzazz Factor is not only about impressing others, but it is about allowing yourself to live life to the fullest. By improving your posture, poise and body language you are giving yourself the gift of great quality of life and the ability to perform at your best whenever you need it most - Even on those days when you feel down and nothing seems to be going your way.

You have the Power to change your mind and to change your mood. I show you how with the Pizzazz Factor.

Kind regards

Vanessa Bader

P.S. By taking charge of your posture and your attitude towards life, you can improve your self-image and overall quality of life drastically. Once you master the Pizzazz Factor you have the tools you need to live life with a more positive mindset, attitude and outlook.

Fearless Strength PDF Print E-mail
Thursday, 19 June 2008
Tonight on television, "America's Got Talent" there were three very inspiring stories that teach us all about different facts of powerful strength like fearless strength.

I'll tell you about them in three different emails as they are great stories and some powerful lessons are within these stories.

First, there was a little 4 year old girl that sang, "Somewhere Out There". She was a little angel that spoke with that childlike lisp we all have when we're that age and she walked fearlessly out onto a stage of thousands seemingly oblivious to the fact that there were millions behind the television cameras as well going to watch her sing.

She walked with unwavering determination out onto the stage and sang all the words without missing a single one - and on pitch! Two impressive feats for even grownups and some professionals.

There wasn't an ounce of fear in her little voice as she communicated to the judges with a casualness of a pro. She projected complete confidence and won the crowd and judges over completely getting all thumbs up and a cheering audience. She's on to Vegas now.

As children most of us are born with an innate fearlessness. Sadly, we listen to people who tell us we can't and then as adults we continue the cycle by telling ourselves we're not worthy and compare ourselves to others we have no business comparing ourselves to.

Children are sponges because they "don't know any better". It's a beautiful thing and how great would that be if we continued that into our teenage years and onto adulthood. "Not knowing any better", is a good thing to remind ourselves of and to go back to the days when we were fearless in our hearts and minds.

My own parents had me performing for huge crowds when I was 3 years old. By the time I was 5 I performed 5 instruments, sang, and tap danced on the Regis Philbin show. Yes, I was fearless when I was young and picked things up like a sponge as most children do. And I was happy that my parents brought me up to be fearless - even though I sometimes still have to kick myself in the arse for my own limiting beliefs.

Being ignorant of fear is a good thing sometimes. It's one of the great gifts of being young. But as adults we also need to remind ourselves to practice fearlessness as it can also bring great rewards along with talents and strengths you never knew existed.

If you remember that child inside, you don't care what others think - you're not afraid of bruising your ego because you're just too busy having fun having fun. (Yes, there's a reason for saying it twice) :) This in itself will help build your self-confidence almost without trying.

Sometimes you might try not adding up the poundages in the gym in your mind or the reps. Just keep stacking plates on and ignore what you did yesterday, what others can do, what other might think if you fail. Stop the stupid peanut gallery adult mind chatter.

Activate the "I can do it" tape instead of "that's 20 pounds more than my best" or "5 more reps than my previous". Remember words like the great Reg Park who said that he never thought about the weight. His mind moved the weight.

We are beings of creative energy. Get busy being creative in building yourself up instead of creatively limiting yourself with "clever" debilitating thoughts. This little girl's face lit up when the judges and crowd went wild. But it was already lit up when she walked out.

There's a lesson just in that. When your fearless, your entire body will exude joy because you're not waiting for approval and you're not limiting your own innate strengths.

Expressing fearlessness and joy in what we do gives you strength and power that will light up you and everyone around you because you're expressing the pureness of your innate raw energy without limitation.

Set your mind into creative high gear to seek possibilities in all you do - Today.

To Your Mastery and Strength, Garin Bader

P.S. If you want to learn to bring the joy back to movement, mental focus, and experience strengths way beyond where you are now, let CoreForce Energy super strength training bring you there but filling your mind with ideas that energy is what creates strength - not mental and physical force.
