We are often very quick to say, "I can't". Even before we have tried. We let our doubts in ourselves get the better of us. We do that don't we - doubt ourselves.
Well, now is the time to stop. A positive attitude will take you much further than you could ever imagine.
When you catch yourself saying "I can't" or even "I'll try", stop right there. Take a moment and say "I will and I can".
You are way too quick to under estimate your abilities. At least give it a good go - if for some reason it then doesn't work one hundred percent, then do your best. Nine out of ten times you will find out that you are capable of doing things that you never thought possible in your wildest dreams.
You have nothing to lose, right. The Pizzazz Factor gives you the tools to feel confident in yourself and your abilities. Your ability to impress and be adored and respected by others.
People are extremely attracted to anyone who has a positive self-image. They are immediately drawn to someone with self-confidence and an affirmative, positively assertive attitude.
Additionally, you are much more likely to be a great success at everything you do if you approach it with that "I will and I can " attitude. Give yourself a fighting chance; don't give up before you have even tried - you will find out that most things are totally within your ability.
Get Pizzazz, be positive and give yourself the fair chance you deserve!
You might surprise yourself... and everyone else around you!
You have the Power!

Be True to Yourself
Saturday, 21 March 2009
We get sucked into the routine of humdrum life so quickly. Everyday routine becomes the norm, not only in our jobs but also in our personal lives. We do our best to keep those around us happy.
We get told from a young age to look out for others, treat your neighbor as you want to be treated and make the people around you happy at all costs. That is what makes you a good person.
Even in the Pizzazz Factor I encourage you to make the people that you are in contact with every day feel good about themselves.
It is a great rule to live by... care for others, care about their happiness and be gracious and abundant with your love and compassion. If everyone could do that more consistently the world would be a much better place... But what is the best way to do that?
There is an important detail missing here.
Make sure you remember to look after yourself too. There is a fine line between making others happy and doing so at the cost of your own health and happiness.
The most important thing to remember is to be true to yourself and your own feelings. This simple sounding task is often much easier said than done. Sometimes we lose sight of our own goals and needs in the midst of loving and caring for others.
The truth is that if you don't take care of yourself first, then you can't give your best to others because then you don't have that much to give. Be true to your feelings and your goals first so that you can be there in an even greater capacity for those that you love and care for.
"The most loving person is the person who is self-centered" - Neale Donald Walsch
This seems like a radical statement, but not if you look at it carefully.
Taking time for yourself - By that I mean taking time to take care of yourself whether it mean a vacation, alone time away, a facial or massage, or a seminar or course for self-improvement, or even just reading; even keeping sight of your goals and dreams and going after them; anything you do for yourself - this can feel like a very selfish act if you feel like someone else needs you to be around.
But you need to look at the bigger picture. Is it not true that you will be able to give those around you more of yourself once you feel secure and happy within your own heart and soul?
So you are in fact not being selfish, but totally unselfish because now, once you have taken care of yourself and you have accepted yourself and you love yourself, now you have greater capacity to take care of others, accept others and love others.
So my message to you today is - Be true to yourself, be true to your own feelings and needs and stand up for what you want, because that way you can be there in a much greater capacity for your family, friends and colleagues. You will have more to give!
Kind regards
Vanessa Bader

Compliment Yourself
Wednesday, 04 March 2009
You know the bad habit all too well. The one where you go and stand in front of the mirror and criticize yourself. You have a daily routine, your morning rituals, and all too often part of that is consciously or subconsciously picking yourself apart.
You have to stop doing that! That creates unbelievable negativity in your life and psyche. In order to nurture your self-confidence you have to consciously start finding the things about you that you like. No, don't resist... don't say there's nothing - find something.
You have to start concentrating on the positive traits that you have. Whether it be personality or physical traits, you have to start putting your energy into the good things in your life.
You are the only one that can lay the foundation for that powerful presence you want to have. You can literally change your whole life around by just starting with this one small thing every morning.
Start off by finding just one or two things about yourself that you like, use that as your foundation and build on that. Before you know it you'll have a whole list you can draw from. This can help you immensely when you are in a situation where you are feeling insecure or intimidated.
The way you see yourself can most certainly have a HUGE impact on the way other people see you.
The Pizzazz Factor will help you reach your full Potential. The Pizzazz Factor is a system that will take you through the steps of creating a new, more confidant, charismatic you. The person that you deserve to be.

How to have the Ultimate Attitude
Friday, 30 January 2009
When it comes to having the Pizzazz Factor, I know I am always putting a lot of emphasis on the importance of proper posture and body language. But the truth is, having impeccable posture and knowing all the body language ins and outs, still doesn't qualify as having Pizzazz.
Today I would like to put more emphasis on the intentions and thought processes that goes into being a person who has that special something. Yes, the posture is step one - but great posture without the right attitude does not equal the Pizzazz Factor
You have to set the intention to impress, the intension to be remembered and adored. It is that special sparkle in your eye and the tweak of the corners of your mouth that is going to put the finishing touches on your memorable, magnetic first impressions.
When you walk in the door you have to have an air about you, that lift of the chin and the twinkle in your eye. I always say - "Empty thoughts create Empty motions"
In other words, I can spend all day showing you how to correct your posture and go on and on about how to use your body language, how to maintain eye contact and how to show interest.
I can tell you to take time to remember someone's name and to ask them questions about themselves. I can show you how to walk, sit and stand to look impressive and poised.
But now the most important part - and none of that amounts to much without this one special ingredient - and the ingredient is you - your intentions, your personality; your individuality!
The Pizzazz Factor is all about YOU and the individual that you are. It is about knowing that you are special and about radiating your own, personal character and qualities. About being who you are one hundred and fifty percent so that when you are in a room, at any event or any meeting people can't help but notice YOU!
Not only your posture, your poise and your presence - but the person that is YOU!
So I want to say that the most important secret to having the Pizzazz Factor is your Attitude, your Personality - the part of you that makes you unusual and distinctive. When you know how to be that person with confidence, one hundred percent - that is when you have the Ultimate Pizzazz Factor!
With the right guidance and a little bit of practice, you can be that self-confident, magnetic, memorable and impressive person. The person with total and undeniable Pizzazz!
Make it happen - You have the Power!

We tend to wait for other people to make the changes for us, we tend to think we do not have any choices in creating the changes that present themselves before us, when as a matter of fact you are the one that can make the positive changes in your life happen.
Change is a part of every day life but the word tends to scare a lot of us. Change can seem very scary at times - very difficult, but the truth is that change is inevitable and with change comes the chance to grow and learn.

Start with Happiness
Tuesday, 13 January 2009
What is true happiness? To have the Pizzazz Factor completely - inside out, it is helpful to feel truly happy. The feeling of being truly content with who you are as a person, gives you sense of power and self-confidence.
Only when you have accepted yourself and you honestly love yourself, can you exhibit the poise and the self-confidence that gives you that truly magnetic presence, the Pizzazz Factor - the ability to be attracting, charming and memorably radiant.
True Happiness
But how do you get to the point that you can feel honestly, without affectation or pretense that you accept yourself, that you can just be. Be who you are to the fullest extent.
The extent to which you feel confident and self-assured might vary from day to day and from task to task. You might feel more sure of yourself in some situations than others. But I would venture to say that one of the most important things when it comes to self-acceptance is to be able to forgive yourself.
We quite often find it easier to forgive others than we do to forgive ourselves. Every time you forgive yourself for a behavior, you are able to have more compassion towards yourself and others.
When you have more compassion for your self and your mistakes, you grow in self-love. There can't be happiness without love, and no love without compassion and no compassion without forgiveness - so by starting with forgiveness, you end up at love and happiness.
So start right now and find a way to start to forgive yourself for your mistakes and behaviors, and you have taken the first step towards true happiness, true self-acceptance and true Pizzazz.
How to Master Charisma and Poise
Wednesday, 31 December 2008
Take a deep breath, straighten up and put a smile on your face - Before you know it you are in control and you can walk into that boardroom or show up at that party and be charismatic and impressive...
By straightening up your posture and smiling you sent signals to your brain that everything is going to be fine and that the goal for now is to be in control of the situation and make a positive impression.
You have total control of your life and any situation if you approach it with the right attitude. Sometimes all it takes is an awareness of that power and you are already half way there.
Confident Posture and Poise
Train your body to know the correct postures and movements, and train your face to have the expressions that match your movements, emotion and speech.
If you can simply start with good posture, you will be surprised at the outcome. The rest of it comes almost naturally. With the right attitude and definite intention you can be confident and magnetic, just like the movie stars, icons and celebrities that we so often admire.
It's a skill, and once you have mastered the principals, you can turn it on and off as you like. Use it to your advantage when you need it. You will feel empowered and finally in control of your life.
With the Pizzazz Factor I show you just how easy it is to turn on that Positive Attitude, your charisma and your poise. You will be able to turn on that "Red Carpet radiance" whenever you want or wherever you go.
Once you have The Pizzazz Factor you will feel so self-confident that you can be anything or anyone you want!
Kind Regards
Vanessa Bader
P.S. In The Pizzazz Factor I don't only tell you what to do in order to be as Charismatic and Radiant as a movie star, I show you exactly how!
Be in the Winning Zone
Sunday, 07 December 2008
We are sailing the Caribbean on a beautiful Cruise ship again. Every day I get to meet so many different people from different countries and cultures.
I often have really interesting conversations but there is always one thing that comes to light... when talking to all these different people.
Everybody, no matter what culture or Ethnicity or what they do for a living - every one strives to be their best.
In life, if you hope to win at any game, whether it be athletic, business, social or romantic - You must have Confidence.
Be A Winner!
Performance Artists, Olympic Athletes and even Business people who want to be really successful know the importance of being Confident - really feeling confident in their own ability to win - to be the best. Unless you truly believe in the depth of your heart that you are a winner, you can never be one.
You have to be able to believe it constantly - not just while you are competing - but while you are eating, sleeping, showering, relaxing, practicing, partying. You need to be in the "Winning Zone" all the time. It is not good enough to try... you have to know you will.
But now you might be saying: "But I am not an Olympic Athlete."
It does not matter... in life we are all going for gold. We all want to be the best that we can be. The best parent, the best spouse, the best at our jobs and friendships. Everyone's definition of gold is different, but the way of attaining it is the same. We all want to live a fulfilling life.
Some people are much closer to that "Winning zone" mindset than others, but no matter what your mindset is right now, with the Pizzazz Factor I give you the tools to put your self into that "Winning Zone"... that Confident and Self-assured mindset that is going to help you win the Gold medal at whatever you do.
With a solid sense of self and the Image of a winner, you can only be a success.
Go for Gold in every area of your life!
Kind regards
Vanessa Bader
P.S. With the Pizzazz Factor you will establish the Posture and attitude of a winner...
