My Birthday this year was wonderful – As always. I had an extremely relaxing day here on the ship. We were in Sydney, Nova Scotia today and even though Garin and I intended to go out for a walk earlier in the day, we opted to sleep in.

It was my birthday after all so I am not even ashamed to say that we didn’t crawl out of bed until 12 noon. That was the best sleep I had in a long time. It was perfect too as it was all overcast and dreary outside – the perfect day to stay in bed.

I woke up to tons of Birthday messages from family, friends and subscribers – who I also consider friends by the way! I felt so spoilt and so privileged to know that so many people are thinking of me on this special day. Of course I wish I could have everyone here with me, but I am so grateful for all the cards, messages and gifts – I feel so loved and honored.

After reading some of my Birthday messages and taking a shower, Garin and I went for a lovely lunch at the ship’s buffet after which I checked more emails, and got ready to go and work out. I had a Fabulous sweat in the gym after which I went to enjoy my birthday gift from my wonderful husband – an hour and a half of Bliss. I got a “hot-stone massage” at the spa... it was heaven.

Then it was time to beautify myself for an evening out! We had dinner with the Cruise Director, David (who is a friend of course), the band-leader, Scott and our good friend and comedian, Barnaby. Unfortunately Jim Labriola already left, so he wasn’t here to join us for the glamorous dinner at the specialty restaurant. The food was excuisite and the company even better – we were wined and dined – it was wonderful!

After a three hour 5 course meal (I was sooo stuffed! haha) we went up to the nightclub where we enjoyed the evening with more friends and cocktails!

Needless to say – I had Fun, fun, fun all day!!!

I know, you are wondering how old I am... I am not going to tell! You are as old as you feel and I feel all of 25!
